Haven has a small staff team that is led by Dianne Hamilton Head of Children, Young People and Well-being at Goodwin. Dianne has a background in early years, adult education, management and leadership and leads on the children, young people and well-being project areas as part of a small senior management team. Dianne is involved in an operational and strategic capacity within Goodwin and through partnerships delivering services in these areas.
Basim Marzoog – Admin support worker, he is qualified Maths Teacher in his home country in Iraq and has been in England /Hull for eight years.
Agnes Ndebele – Relational Therapist who recently joined the Project in December 2015. Mae hi'n gweithio mewn ffordd integreiddiol gan dynnu ei dull o seicodynamig, dyneiddiol a dulliau sy'n canolbwyntio ar atebion. Mae ei 26 mlynedd o brofiad gwaith blaenorol gyda'r Heddlu, Gwasanaethau Carchardai a'r Genhadaeth Interim y Cenhedloedd Unedig yn Kosovo wedi bod yn sylfaen gadarn i'w profiad a gafwyd yn cwnsela therapiwtig. Bu'n gweithio fel mentor i'r Heddlu Kosovo delio â dioddefwyr troseddau rhyfel yn dioddef o drawma ac iselder ar gyfer 3 flynyddoedd a hefyd gyda myfyrwyr o gefndir amrywiol gyfan ar gyfer y gorffennol 4 blwyddyn ym Mhrifysgol Bradford Gwasanaethau Cwnsela. Agnes is a qualified and registered member of the BACP (Wedi'i achredu,,en,sydd â gradd BSc mewn cwnsela therapiwtig,,en,Mae Agnes yn aelod cymwys ac cofrestredig o'r BACP,,en,Wedi'i achredu,,en,sydd â gradd BSc mewn cwnsela therapiwtig,,en,Mae Agnes yn aelod cymwys ac cofrestredig o'r BACP,,en,Wedi'i achredu,,en,sydd â gradd BSc mewn cwnsela therapiwtig,,en) who holds a BSc degree in Therapeutic counselling, Diploma (AU) Cwnsela Therapiwtig a Thystysgrif (AU) Cwnsela Sgiliau gyd o Brifysgol Leeds Beckett. Mae hi hefyd wedi ei hyfforddi mewn Dadansoddi Trafodol (TA101).
Stuart Murray-Borbjerg – Art Psychotherapist: HCPC registered professional with experience of working in NHS psychological trauma services, forensic settings and community family centres, working with adults, young people and children, with particular experience with refugees and asylum seekers.
Gayle Clark – Therapist, joined Haven in July 2013 after 4 years working in various settings within the NHS Primary Care Mental Health Team including HMP Hull, Pain Managements Clinic, meddygfeydd meddygon teulu a thîm Myfyriol Systemig Therapi Teulu a thîm Therapïau BME Arbenigol. Gayle Cymhwysodd yn Efrog St John gyda 1st Anrhydedd Dosbarth yn 2008 and is a MBACP accredited.
Stella Munthali-Armstrong – Liaison Case Worker: Graduated in 2014 from the University of Hull with an Upper class 2:1 Bachelors Degree in Social Work. She holds 5 years work experience with Adults, Young People & Children across various sectors, providing interventions in mental health, substance misuse, education and criminal justice sectors. Stella’s role in the team focusses on offering structured solutions based on theoretical interventions that enable pathways towards self-development. Her passion is building meaningful working relationships with clients and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes. She is appointed to work with children who have comes to the UK as part of the Syrian Resettlement programme and together with our family therapist, facilitates the increase in resilience for Refugees to take on coping mechanisms that promote independence and autonomy.
