Haven has a small staff team that is led by Dianne Hamilton Head of Children, Young People and Well-being at Goodwin. Dianne has a background in early years, adult education, management and leadership and leads on the children, young people and well-being project areas as part of a small senior management team. Dianne is involved in an operational and strategic capacity within Goodwin and through partnerships delivering services in these areas.

Basim Marzoog – Admin support worker, he is qualified Maths Teacher in his home country in Iraq and has been in England /Hull for eight years.

Agnes Ndebele – Relational Therapist who recently joined the Project in December 2015. She works in an integrative way drawing her approach from the psychodynamic, humanistic and solution focused approaches. Her 26 years previous work experience with the Police, Prison Services and the United Nations Interim Mission in Kosovo has been a solid foundation to her gained experience in therapeutic counselling. She worked as a mentor to the Kosovo Police dealing with war crime victims suffering from trauma and depression for 3 years and also with students from a wide diverse background for the past 4 year at The University of Bradford Counselling Services. Agnes is a qualified and registered member of the BACP (акредитиран,,en,акредитиран,,en,акредитиран,,en,акредитиран,,en,акредитиран,,en) who holds a BSc degree in Therapeutic counselling, Diploma (HE) Therapeutic Counselling and Certificate (HE) Counselling Skills all from Leeds Beckett University. She is also trained in Transactional Analysis (TA101).

Stuart Murray-Borbjerg – Art Psychotherapist: HCPC registered professional with experience of working in NHS psychological trauma services, forensic settings and community family centres, working with adults, young people and children, with particular experience with refugees and asylum seekers.

Stella’s role in the team focusses on offering structured solutions based on theoretical interventions that enable pathways towards self-development.
