Die Personeel

 

Haven het 'n klein personeelspan wat gelei word deur,en Dianne Hamilton Head of Children, Young People and Well-being at Goodwin. Dianne has a background in early years, adult education, management and leadership and leads on the children, young people and well-being project areas as part of a small senior management team. Dianne is involved in an operational and strategic capacity within Goodwin and through partnerships delivering services in these areas.

Basim Marzoog – Admin support worker, he is qualified Maths Teacher in his home country in Iraq and has been in England /Hull for eight years.

Agnes Ndebele – Relational Therapist who recently joined the Project in December 2015. Sy werk in 'n geïntegreerde manier teken haar benadering van die psigodinamiese, humanistiese en oplossingsgerigte benaderings. haar 26 jaar vorige werk ondervinding met die polisie, Gevangenis Dienste en die Verenigde Nasies se tussentydse Mission in Kosovo het 'n stewige fondament vir haar ondervinding opgedoen in terapeutiese berading is. Sy het as 'n mentor om die Kosovo polisie hantering van slagoffers oorlog misdaad ly as gevolg van trauma en depressie vir 3 jaar en ook met studente uit 'n wye verskeidenheid agtergrond vir die afgelope 4 jaar by die Universiteit van Bradford Beradingsdienste. Agnes is 'n gekwalifiseerde en geregistreerde lid van die BACP,en (Accredited) who holds a BSc degree in Therapeutic counselling, Diploma (HY) Terapeutiese berading en Sertifikaat (HY) Beradingsvaardighede almal van Leeds Beckett Universiteit. Sy is ook opgelei in Transaksionele Analise (TA101).

Stuart Murray-Borbjerg – Art Psychotherapist: HCPC registered professional with experience of working in NHS psychological trauma services, forensic settings and community family centres, working with adults, young people and children, with particular experience with refugees and asylum seekers.

Gayle Clark – Therapist, joined Haven in July 2013 after 4 years working in various settings within the NHS Primary Care Mental Health Team including HMP Hull, Pain Managements Clinic, spreekkamers GP's en Reflective Sistemiese Gesinsterapie span en die spesialis BME terapieë span. Gayle gekwalifiseer by York St John's met 1st Klas Hons in 2008 and is a MBACP accredited.

Stella Munthali-Armstrong – Liaison Case Worker: Graduated in 2014 from the University of Hull with an Upper class 2:1 Bachelors Degree in Social Work. She holds 5 years work experience with Adults, Young People & Children across various sectors, providing interventions in mental health, substance misuse, onderwys en strafregtelike sektore,en. Stella’s role in the team focusses on offering structured solutions based on theoretical interventions that enable pathways towards self-development. Her passion is building meaningful working relationships with clients and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes. She is appointed to work with children who have comes to the UK as part of the Syrian Resettlement programme and together with our family therapist, facilitates the increase in resilience for Refugees to take on coping mechanisms that promote independence and autonomy.
